We are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our highly regarded Private Client team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and charities, on a broad range of private client matters.
Responsibilities
Advising UK and non-UK domiciled individuals on estate planning, wills, trusts, and tax matters.
Supporting senior lawyers on complex Court of Protection and Deputyship work.
Drafting legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
Liaising with clients, counsel, and external advisors with professionalism and sensitivity.
Conducting legal research and preparing client briefings.
Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives.
Experience and Knowledge
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ level).
