NP/PA Pediatric Critical Care and Acute Care Needed Near Dallas, TX

Start Date: 7/7/2025 (Ongoing need)
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Variable shifts as part of a 24/7/365 coverage model

Minimum: 4 6 shifts per 4-week block

Shift Options:

10-hour evenings: 1:00 PM 11:00 PM

12-hour days/nights: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Nights, weekends, and holidays shared equally among team members

Call Required: In-house night call shared among all team members post-orientation

Clinical Details
Setting: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

Supervision Model: Collaborative team environment

Patient Population: Pediatric patients

Patient Census: 4 6 patients during day shifts; nights include coverage for team-assigned patients and new admissions

Arterial Line Placement

Central Venous Line Placement

Chest Tube Placement

Endotracheal Intubation

Lumbar Puncture

PICC Placement
