Adecco is hiring for Execute the transition of the engineering design of a custom electrical and mechanical solution into a product that can be built in a manufacturing environment and migrated into a general manufacturing plant.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES List the primary duties and responsibilities required to perform this job in order of importance; typically 4 to 6 key responsibilities.
• Interpret and take action from electrical and mechanical schematics in order to build a product.
• Change or red line any design changes or mistakes.
• Communicate the technical changes and instructions into a format that can be used both by other less skilled production operators and to design engineers.
• Physically build higher end product solutions as requested by management.
• Lead project teams on the floor that are partnering on a given solution.
• Provide team leadership to project teams.
• Execute inspecting, testing and evaluation of products built.
