**Role Overview**

The NPI Operations Manager serves as the director representing Operations for a new product launch, guiding the process from the initial concept to the Launch Plan Achieved (LPA) milestone. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless product launch execution and the successful achievement of business goals. The NPI Operations Manager acts as the single source of truth for all operational aspects of the product launch.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Orchestrate end-to-end NPI launches across functions for operations readiness: capacity/ material, production ramp, manufacturing diversification strategy, and risk management.
