Job Responsibilities
Quickly understand the functions, structures, and manufacturing processes of new products developed by the R&D team.Independently take ownership of new product transfer to pilot production (NPI phase).Conduct pilot runs in the engineering / trial production stage, identify process and technical issues, and drive problem-solving to ensure successful mass production ramp-up.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.Solid knowledge of geometric optics, physical optics, crystal optics, laser principles, and fiber optics.Familiar with one or more optical simulation tools.Strong English proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is preferred.Strong communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in solving practical engineering problems.Additionally, everyone has individual work...
