Location: Onsite – Juárez, Nuevo León

Basic Function: Under the direct supervision of the Genl Supvr-NPD, Model & Case, this position is responsible for coordinating the Industrialization Process for the New Products, the Verification of the Current Products (Re-Cases, Modifications, etc), to assure all the products meet the Engineering Specifications.

• Develop Standard Cost learning curve estimates and mature yield targets.
• Assist the design NPD team during the process design of the new products.
• Work Cross‑functionally with Product Engineering, Quality and vitreous plants to identify the key characteristics of our products and create robust product designs/processes to ensure good quality parts are being sent to our customers.
• Track the Yield and deliveries after release to assure that the new products are meeting their commitments...
