Npi Engineer

Responsible for releasing sheet metal NPI's with good quality per customer's standards.
Ensuring all parts are done on time and within budget also responsible for checking routings, BOMs and releasing work orders for all new products.
Must be organized, self-motivated and a good problem solver.
Must be willing to work overtime in the evenings, weekends when required.
**Duties & Tasks**:
- Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to meet new and current customer demands and standards.
- Ensure all dimensional, welding and paint specs are met to a high standard.
- Design Tooling, Weld Fixtures, and Checking Fixtures using manual, automatic, and robotic clamping conditions.
- Determine the manufacturing feasibility of new jobs and processes.
- Follow policies and procedures related to the quality management system for engineering.
