Job Responsibilities:

• Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities from trial production planning to mass production readiness.
• Develop and manage trial production documents (e.g., risk assessment, validation matrix) to ensure equipment, tooling, and material readiness.
• Execute pilot runs according to APQP, monitor key metrics, and achieve FPY 90% during launch.
• Identify and resolve trial issues (design flaws, process bottlenecks) using DOE and structured problem‑solving.
