NPI Engineer

About the role

The Engineer of the NPI Section for New Trench Technology and Platform projects in the R&D Department will ensure adherence of projects to BCAMX (Nexperia Business Creation and Management), QCM (Quality Change Management), and ATCB Change Control Board. The Engineer will handle Standard to Technology Track projects and act as liaison between Nexperia’s Business Group in Manchester or Hamburg and the Nexperia Cabuyao Plant (ATCB) Change Review Board, Management Team, QA, and Operations. The role reports to ATCB’s NPI Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence of projects to BCAMX, QCM, and ATCB Change Control Board.
• Handle Standard to Technology Track projects.
• Act as liaison between Nexperia’s Business Group and ATCB Change Review Board, Management Team, QA, and Operations.
• Report to ATCB’s NPI Manager.
