NPI Build Support Technician

We are seeking a hands-on technician to support engineering hardware builds through material management, inventory control, and shipping/logistics coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail, security compliance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced NPI environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, pack, label, and track engineering materials for hardware builds


• Maintain and fulfill requests from the engineering material library (MLBs, flexes, modules, components)


• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, including customs documentation, tracking, and DRP updates


• Update and maintain unit records in iTrack; complete re-allocations within 24 hours


• Ensure chain-of-custody and security compliance for sensitive/high-value materials
