NPI Advanced Quality Engineer

The Sr. NPI Advanced Quality Engineer leads the quality strategy for new product development projects, ensuring all deliverables are met from design through launch.

• Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) using the Carrier Passport methodology to support the introduction of new products and processes—proactively safeguarding product quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure that plant teams are executing required quality activities—such as validations, audits, and documentation—according to plan. When gaps or delays arise, provide hands‑on support to drive resolution and maintain launch readiness.
• Lead and coordinate validation of processes, equipment, and fixtures (e.g., ProCert, MPR), ensuring full compliance with internal and external requirements.
