Npd Project Leader

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Acts as the plant representative for each product development team for Industrial Engineering and Quality.
- Delivers manufacturing processes that are optimized and meet the need of the business.
- Responsible of purchase new equipment as read it.
- Be the link between Juarez team and RD at Canada
- Performs activities related to safety.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
- Bilingual English & Spanish 100%, French beneficial but not mandatory
- Must have good industrial engineering skills, and mechanical aptitude.
- Project management: Master plan and budget development and execution
- Able to lead DFA & PFMEA studies
- Good communication skills to all levels of management
- Able to interact with Management and all departments.
