How the role will make an impact:

Quanex requires an NPD Procurement Specialist who will act as the key focal point for the procurement department as part of New Product Development (NPD) projects.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead, as the operational Procurement representative, the selection, evaluation and qualification of suppliers for new components and finished products. This includes RFQ issuance and analysis-evaluating both economic competitiveness and supply chain solidity and sustainability-as well as supporting make-or-buy analyses and onboarding new suppliers in alignment with the corporate policies.
