NPD Packaging Procurement Associate

To support Procurement activities related to New Product Development (NPD) by coordinating sourcing, quotation requests, purchasing processes, supplier communication, and packaging material readiness to ensure smooth and timely execution of new product launches and relaunch projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Requisitions for packaging materials in a timely and accurate manner.
• Request quotations (RFP/RFQ) and prepare cost comparisons based on MOQ, lead time, and quality to support target cost achievement for new product launches and relaunches.
• Maintain supplier information records and generate Purchase Orders accordingly.
• Update and maintain purchasing information accurately in the SAP system.
• Organize and maintain correspondence, Purchase Orders, quotations, and related documents for proper filing and easy retrieval.
