Npd manager - fragrances

Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to drive fragrance development and innovation across multiple brands and categories.
Evaluate and guide fragrance creation through expert sensory assessment, ensuring alignment with brand identity, consumer preference, and product positioning.
Act as a bridge between consumer expectations, business objectives, and the technical capabilities of perfumers and formulation teams.
Conduct technical evaluation of fragrance samples, providing recommendations on stability-tested formulations, reformulations, and product reworks.
Build deep expertise in raw materials, fragrance ingredients, olfactory families, and emerging market and consumer trends.
Continuously benchmark new creations and market products through fragrance evaluation, sensory analysis, and structured fragrance profiling.
