Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner

This role is an integral member of the orthopedic and neurosurgery service line at AdventHealth Parker Hospital, contributing to the design, implementation, and ongoing development of a comprehensive, high-quality program. The APP will provide leadership by guiding clinical care decisions, supporting team communication, and contributing to the development and improvement of the orthopedic and neurosurgery service line. Using a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, this individual will deliver compassionate, coordinated care that supports whole-person healing. As a key leader within the inpatient orthopedic and neurosurgery team, the APP will help manage post-surgical patients; facilitate multidisciplinary rounds; and support discharge planning to ensure optimal recovery.
