General Responsibility

• Policy Formulation: The Regional Manager is to initiate policies and strategies based on analysis of the regional environmental conditions and advise the Regional executives on appropriate action and programmes

• Develop effective programmes for promoting the growth and development of small and medium industries / enterprises in the region

• Planning – Preparation of regional work plans for approval by the regional executives and submitted to the Directorate for co-ordination
