**Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) | San Diego County**

Amergis is seeking **Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)** to support students with special needs across San Diego County for the 2026–2027 school year.

**Position Overview:**

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) implements behavioral intervention plans and supports educational and behavioral services for children and young adults with special needs. In this role, you will collaborate with school staff and work under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

**Locations & Assignments:**

+ **Scholarship Prep:** Mild to moderate cases in a charter school setting
+ **Oceanside:** Social/Emotional Academic Support classrooms (must have crisis management experience)
+ **Carlsbad:** Experienced, high-quality RBTs only
+ **Poway:** After-school program support (approximately 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
