Job Description

Her PLAN seeks an energetic and outcome-oriented Community Development Coordinator or Director, depending on experience, with a passion for rallying communities to care for moms and their children. This position will be located in North Carolina and work within communities in North Carolina.

In this role, you will bring together community leaders at the local and state level to assess, connect, and grow support services that help women in need carry to term and parent. You will develop deep relationships through the Her Community model and strengthen the pro-life safety net by identifying gaps in services and fostering collaboration among providers.
