The North America People Connect Representative is a key function in the People Team operating model. He/she is responsible for two main activities: On the one hand, the HRSC Representative processes requests from employees and managers, regarding life‑cycle events, such as hiring, firing, promotions, salary changes, one‑time payments and absences, among others. The HRSC Representative also interacts with employees, managers and other stakeholders through chat and telephone, resolving doubts and redirecting queries.
