What you will do

• Grow the practice: Lead and scale our Looker engagements across the Nordics, spot new business opportunities, and advise clients on modern analytics.

• Own delivery quality: Act as the guardian of technical excellence — set the standard for LookML development, review the team's work, and ensure our deliverables exceed client expectations.

• Strengthen the Google alliance: Build deep, trust-based relationships with Google's local and regional teams, positioning Devoteam as the preferred partner for selling, architecting, and delivering on Looker.
