Job Summary:
The Customer Support Specialist, deliver real-time assistance to global advertisers via chat, email, and ticketing platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce, Servicenow. You’ll troubleshoot campaign setup, ad performance, targeting, billing, and tracking, while guiding advertisers on best practices for optimization. This role requires clear communication of complex product information, accurate case documentation, and collaboration with peers to improve workflows and service quality. Operating in rotational shifts, you’ll support advertisers across multiple time zones and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction worldwide.
We are urgently looking for COLLEGE GRADUATES with:
✔ At least 6 months Digital Marketing / Ad Sales experience
✔ CRM handling experience (preferred)
✔ Experience supporting Social Media / Advertising Platforms
✔Can start by June 22
