• Minimum 5 years of experience in US mortgage UW
• Experience working in Non QM Underwriting
• Ability to take final UW decision on loan files
• Expertise in 4 Cs review, income calculation (Salaried/Self-Employment/Rental/Other income), Credit, Collateral and Capacity
• Evaluate applications & verify supporting documents
• Ensure process accuracy & SOP compliance
• Understanding of UW Guidelines along with Credit Exceptions and Compensating Factors
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Business preferred)
• 5 mortgage underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, TRID, FHA, VA, USDA regulations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with night shifts & target-driven work
