Non Executive Director

As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Neurohive CIC and making a meaningful difference to the lives of neurodivergent young people.

We are a small, grassroots organisation at an exciting stage of development. To date, we have deliberately limited how widely we promote our work due to constraints in funding and capacity. As a result, we are not yet widely known, but we are now in a position where we want to change this and actively grow our visibility, reach, and impact.

We are primarily looking for people with skills in the following areas:

• Business development and organisational growth
• Scaling small organisations / governance in practice
• Financial leadership and sustainability
