NOC Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NOC Engineer to support endpoint patching, cloud services, and day-to-day IT operations. The role involves monitoring systems, providing first-line support for Azure and Microsoft 365 services, managing incidents, and escalating issues to higher-level teams as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy security patches and software updates across endpoints using RMM tools.
• Monitor patching reports to identify and remediate installation failures.
• Perform routine firmware updates and hardware/software maintenance tasks
• Provide first-line support for Azure cloud resources (basic monitoring and access checks).
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including user access, license assignment, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with Azure AD (Entra ID) user management, password resets, and MFA support.
