General Description
The primary focus is to ensure customer communication about their network’s status.
Primary Job Functions
- Detect alarms / events on customers’ monitoring tools or company monitoring tools.
- Open incidents in incident ticketing systems and report them to the customers within SLAs.
- Provide timely follow up about incidents status.
- During problem escalations, act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, B1.
- Networking and analytical skills, Ethernet, TCP/IP routing, Network packet analysis tools use.
- Teamwork skills.
Education
Engineering (graduated): Networking, Telecommunication, Telematic, Electrical, Electronic or related.
Certification
Routing, Switching, CCNA (preferred).
