Job Summary

Provide compassionate basic nursing care and assist clinical staff in delivering safe patient services. Support daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report significant changes to nursing staff.
• Position, transfer and ambulate patients using safe body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Support nursing procedures by preparing equipment, collecting specimens, and documenting care.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient areas, change bed linens, and follow infection prevention practices.
• Transport patients, equipment, and supplies within the facility and respond to call bells as needed.
