Job Summary Provide technical support for diagnostic testing and laboratory procedures across clinical departments. Ensure accurate specimen processing, testing, and documentation while following safety and quality standards. Number of Positions 3 Main Duties Collect, receive, label, process and prepare biological specimens for testing according to established protocols. Perform routine diagnostic tests and analyses using manual and automated laboratory equipment. Calibrate, maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on laboratory instruments and equipment. Conduct quality control checks, participate in proficiency testing, and document corrective actions to ensure result accuracy. Record, validate and report test results in laboratory information systems and communicate findings to clinical staff as required.
