Job Summary Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents for construction projects. Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to support budgeting, bidding, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Number of Positions 5 Main Duties Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and site visits. Analyze project plans and specifications to identify scope, materials, labor, and equipment requirements. Solicit, compare, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing. Develop and submit tender documents, bid proposals, and comprehensive cost breakdowns for projects. Perform cost comparisons, value engineering, and risk assessments to recommend budget optimizations.
