Nisku Project Quality Lead Position

Michels Canada is hiring a Project Quality Lead for a temporary position in Nisku, Alberta. This role focuses on quality assurance in energy and construction projects with a 6/1 rotation.
In this role, you will oversee and implement the Quality Management Program at project sites south of Grande Prairie. Your strong communication and inspection skills will be key in maintaining project standards. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a strong safety culture at all project sites
• Develop and update Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a professional culture
• Guide the quality control team and manage audits
• Recommend quality modifications based on project needs
Requirements:
• Degree or trade certification in a related field
• 5+ years’ experience with pipeline projects
• Strong knowledge of construction codes
