Description

The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of technical excellence in Legacy by undertaking technical audits and providing constructive feedback and mentoring to the file handling teams, identifying trends and training needs and supporting the technical development of our Legacy Lawyers.

The auditor will do that by undertaking audits within the unit in order to:

• Assess file handling performance against, and in line with, internal technical standards.
• Identify recommended actions for the current file handling team and delivering constructive feedback to the teams to develop their technical skills.
