Nightside Executive Producer

KRON4, the Bay Area’s Local News Station, is seeking an experienced Nightside Executive Producer to oversee our nightside newscasts and lead the continued growth and evolution of our streaming programming. We are looking for a forward‑thinking newsroom leader with a strong breaking‑news background, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for mentoring others-someone energized by developing innovative, audience‑focused streaming content.


This is a regular, full‑time, management, non‑union, exempt position, based at our San Francisco studio on the Embarcadero.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Lead a team of producers and reporters to deliver comprehensive, compelling, and accurate news coverage

+ Contribute to the editorial process and lead breaking news coverage across platforms

+ Review and approve scripts, rundowns, and video to ensure high journalistic standards
