Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests at the front desk.
- Handle arrivals, departures, and inquiries throughout the guest’s stay.
- Provide impeccable, personable service reflective of the brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in hotel operations or guest service.
- Strong customer service skills, a team player, hard worker, multitasker, and detail‑oriented.
- Flexible, approachable, with a can‑do attitude.
