Lord Hardy Court Residential Home and Park Hill Lodge Learning Disability Services.

A Night Care Assistant is required at the above home on a permanent basis working part time, 23.3 hours per week.

Enhancements are paid for night time working and weekends.

Lord Hardy Court provides care to 60 older people, with a range of individual needs with a Learning Disability setting. The home also provides Respite, IMC Step-up Step-down services to the community joint working with NHS.

Applicants ideally need experience in a social care setting and have Level 2 or Direct Care NVQ or equivalent; training is available in-house and through the councils’ own programmes.

Night Care staff are expected to contribute to the provision of a comfortable, stimulating homely environment that meets CQC Fundamental Standards of Care, maintains health and safety, and Dignity in Care Principles. ...
