**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Safely operate a loader to move, load, and organize aggregate materials.
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
+ Support yard flow by efficiently loading customer and company trucks.
+ Monitor material inventory and communicate needs to leadership.
+ Follow all safety procedures to maintain a hazard‑free work area.
