Our operation in Doncaster is looking for a focused and meticulous Warehouse Shift Supervisor to ensure the safe and efficient running of operations to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role covers Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Team Leaders and warehouse colleagues; allocate work fairly and effectively to meet all operational requirements.
• Plan ahead to ensure sufficient cover across holidays, sickness, and absences; monitor attendance, punctuality, and absenteeism.
