**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate front-end loader to safely move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials.
+ Perform pre- and post-operation inspections; report and address equipment issues.
+ Maintain efficient material flow to support plant or pit production targets.
+ Follow safety procedures and respond proactively to changing site conditions.
+ Keep work area organized and assist with general site housekeeping.

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Demonstrates safe, responsible operation of heavy equipment and strong situational awareness.
+ Ability to perform equipment inspections, identify issues, and take appropriate action.
+ Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team....
