**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to load haul trucks with raw materials
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
+ Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies or hazards
+ Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
