Located in the beautiful village of Benderloch by Oban, we offer small group living accommodation for up to 62 residents.

Senior Care Assistant Contract

• Up to £15.10 per hour
• Contracted to up to 44 hours per week
• £500 Welcome Bonus (paid upon passing 6‑month probation)
• Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person‑centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents.

You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organized, consistent and delivered to a high standard. Alongside providing hands on care, you will oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate.
