Night Porter

POSITION SCOPE:
To assist guests with Concierge services during the night including luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests, tracing lost luggage, amending flight details, limo & transfer bookings, advice on local tourist attractions, answer guest questions and resolve guest problems in a friendly and obliging manner. To provide night in-room dining service from 23:00 – 06:00 on a daily basis.

3.Greet and welcome guests and direct them to Reception where you are to introduce the guest by name to the Receptionist.
4.Assist both arriving and departing guests with baggage handling.
