Night Concierge

Overview

Exceptional and experienced Concierge required to join a boutique high end residential building in Central London. Fixed hours will be Fridays 7pm to 8am, Saturdays and Sundays 8pm to 8am (37 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Hold keys, take deliveries, carry parcels & shopping, greet, screen and escort visitors, and generally providing lifestyle services for residents.
• Ensure that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents’ needs are met whilst maintaining the security of the premises.
• Manage the nightly operations of the Front Desk & Lobby and consistently deliver service excellence to residents, with attention to ever-changing needs.
• Provide support for reactive maintenance and technical faults in the building to assist in the smooth running of operations.
