About the role

We have a new 12-month fixed term role based at our Pickmere Extra Care scheme in Crewe.

The purpose of this role is to provide a welcoming reception and effective access control services to ensure a safe and secure living environment. This is a full-time position working 12 hour shifts, 2 nights on, 4 nights off.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with direct experience working with residents and handling feedback in a busy service‑delivery environment.You will be a confident user of IT equipment, including knowledge of CCTV operation.

You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills

• Direct experience of working in a service delivery environment.
• Experience of adhering to Health and Safety rules within a customer facing environment.
