About The Role:

We are seeking passionate and resilient Coaches (Residential Support Workers) to join our Ofsted Registered Children's Residential Homes in Ninfield.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people who have experienced trauma, instability and adversity, helping them to build safe, stable and ambitious futures. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in creating a therapeutic, nurturing and structured environment where young people feel understood, supported and cared for.

You will work as part of a high performing team delivering child centred, trauma informed care that promotes emotional wellbeing, independence, life skills and positive outcomes.
