Night Care Worker

Overview

As a Care Worker in our care home, you will help ensure older people feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night. Working as part of the night team, you will provide practical care and reassurance while maintaining a calm environment.

What Your Night Will Look Like

• Providing personal and intimate care where required
• Supporting residents who wake during the night
• Maintaining a safe and reassuring environment
• Carrying out safety checks and routine tasks
• Completing records in line with procedures
• Working night shifts on a rota basis

About You

You are reliable and committed to delivering high quality care in a care home setting. You are comfortable working independently overnight while following clear care plans and procedures. Experience in care is welcome but not essential. You will be supported to work towards an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care...
