As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of young people throughout the evening and overnight period, helping to create a secure and stable environment.

Vinney Green Secure Childrens Home provides young people with a safe and supportive environment, where they benefit from excellent care, education and opportunities to develop vocational and life skills.

• Throughout the night, you will carry out regular checks (every 5 to 15 minutes) to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the young people.
• Undertaking supportive duties, you will engage with the young people, offering reassurance and helping to create a calm environment that promotes a good night's sleep.
