This role is ideal for a reliable, self‑motivated baking professional who is comfortable working independently overnight while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. Night Bakers play a key role in preparing fresh baked goods for daily service, managing tasks efficiently, and following HACCP and inventory procedures. Work is site‑based in remote camp environments with challenging weather conditions, and locations may change based on operational needs.

• Prepare buffet breakfasts, daily specials, and scratch‑made baked goods and desserts with consistency and care
