It is registered as a general category nursing home with the Regulation & Quality Improvement Authority. A home that is light and spacious with 50 ground floor single en-suite beds. A home that is conveniently located on the Circular Road, a semi-rural setting off the Holywood Road, a quiet, leafy residential area creating an atmosphere of tranquillity.
Job Description
Your role within the Home will be to play a critical role in leading a care team to deliver outstanding individualised care to ensure the well-being of residents. To liaise with the residents families, friends, GP, community nurses, specialists and pharmacists and to maintain the 6 broad values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment.
