SUMMARY
The Assistant Store Manager will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the supermarket. This position is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing the overall performance of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards in merchandising, and leading a team to achieve sales goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring store standards are met.
Supervise, train, and mentor store employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service by addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and fostering a positive shopping environment.
