JOB DESCRIPTION Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for backend, frontend, and AI workflows Implement infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform/Bicep) for platform services Manage containerization & orchestration (Docker, AKS) for agent services, ingestion, and gateways Operate and scale LLM services , including token gateways, model routing, and deployment automation Support multi‑modal workloads (voice, live chat, Nexus interactions) with low‑latency infrastructure Own monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure-native observability Maintain secure integrations with connectors, MCP gateways, and data pipelines Partner with engineering teams to ensure fast, safe releases and environment stability
