A well-established automotive dealer group is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales department within a franchised dealership environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised motor dealership
• Demonstrated success managing a department delivering 40+ retail units per month
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets
• Experience within either a volume or premium/luxury brand environment will be considered
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, customer satisfaction, and performance management
• Stable career history with verifiable achievements
